The Southwest Wichita Falls Rotary Youth Leadership Awards recipients Andrea Granados, Francisco Aleman, Estefany Urbieta and Natalie Perez shared their RYLA experiences with club members at our August 8th meeting.
To quote President Steve, "RYLA is an educational tool that Rotary uses to instill concepts of leadership in these students". They build communication skills, introduce problem solving techniques, public speaking and leadership strategies.
Estafany, Andrea, Natalie and Francesco gave us a great presentation. They were informative and had a powerful message to deliver us about RYLA and they did it in spades, thus filling us with awe over our RYLA recipients and the power of the RYLA experience.
