15th Sporting Clays at NW Texas Field and Stream

The 15 th annual SW Rotary Clay Shoot is coming Saturday April 27 th and we anticipate 100
shooters. Northwest Texas Field and Stream offers an outstanding shooting experience where
our Clay Shoot raises money for community initiatives around education, families and
betterment of our communities.  Rotary’s “Service Above Self” motto is the common thread as
Southwest Rotarians improve the opportunities, health, safety and well-being of those
around all of us.
 
Call to Action:  Advance Shooter Registration, Sponsors and Raffle Ticket sales
Shooter Registration.

We are looking for Sponsors who provide funds
or door prizes for the shooting event. Sponsorships are available,
more details on page 2 or email us: info@southwestrotary.com.
 Title Sponsor $5,000, Course Sponsor - $3,000, each
with one team of five shooters at the event
 Squadron Fellowship Sponsor $3,000 one team of 5 at
event; Later shoot, date selected by 469 th Fighting Bulls after
airshow sponsor 1 team, 469 th two teams, SW Rotary one team
 Target Sponsor - $2,000, with three shooters at the event

 Ribs Inc Dinner Sponsor - $1,500, with two shooters at the event
 Station Sponsors - $500 – Also available as $250 “Half” Station Sponsorships
 Youth Sponsors - $100 
Buy some Raffle Tickets for a Beretta A400 Action with Kick-Off Shotgun are available from
SW Rotarians: $10 for one or $25 for 3.  Need not be present to win.  Message us on our
Facebook page for tickets or email here.

Stacia Haynie, Ph. D., began her tenure as the 13th president of Midwestern State University on August 1, 2023. She is a native of nearby Henrietta, Texas, and earned two degrees from Midwestern State University — a bachelor's degree in theatre and a master's degree in political science.

Andy Eads, District Governor, Rotary District 5790

"the Magic of Rotary" can be applied in our district and around the world.

Andy Eads has been a Rotarian for over 20 years. He is Past President of the Flower Mound Rotary Club and the Charter President of the Cross Timbers Rotary Club. He is a strong advocate for creating Rotary Clubs cultures that are welcoming, where fellowship and service join together for positive change here locally and around the world. Andy is instrumental in starting several Rotary clubs in District 5790.

Andy and his wife Ginger (also a Rotarian) live in Flower Mound with their children Everett, Addison and Carolyn. Ginger is a Past President of the Cross Timbers Rotary Club and is currently serving on the RI Finance and Investment Committee. Ginger also serves as treasurer of the Rotary Action Group for the Rotary Family Health Days in Africa.

Andy is the Denton County Judge here in Texas.

Jennica Lambert is the Executive Director at River Bend Nature Center and recently celebrated her 15-year work anniversary. A Zoology graduate from Texas A&M, her expertise in environmental conservation is matched by her passion for the arts, which is evident through her engagement with Backdoor Theatre and as a singer in the band "Local Zero." Balancing her professional and creative pursuits, Jennica is also a dedicated parent to Kora and Raelen.

Battering Intervention & Prevention Program

Mrs. Martinez coordinates the BIP program and trains community members in all 12 counties First Step, Inc. serves.

With a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, she can use her skills to help educate our communities on domestic violence and sexual assault.

She is a co-facilitator of the CCR (Coordinated Community Response), which meets monthly to raise awareness among other organizations about victim safety.

First Step, Inc. is a nonprofit agency providing family violence and sexual assault services. We serve any person experiencing domestic violence and/or sexual assault - This includes men, women, children & LGBTQ+. Our mission is to promote safe and healthy communities free from violence through outreach, education & supportive services. We offer free and confidential services and serve 12 counties in the North Texas area.
