SW Rotary's 2022 Clay Shoot is coming at the end of April. As shooters shiver at home through our recent cold snaps many look forward to one of the best area clay shoots. We expect 85 to 100 shooters for afternoon based on prior years.

Registration starts between 9 and 10am, followed by some practice target to get everyone warmed up.  After a quick burger lunch, thanks to Woodco Supply and Range Master Cullel's safety briefing, shooting teams enjoy a shotgun start to an afternoon of great shooting at Northwest Texas Field and Stream.

Bring some extra money - specials this year include ammo sales (quantity limited) and Ribs, Inc auction of remaining ribs after dinner is served.

After shooting, all will gather for a Ribs, Inc dinner to learn who takes the prize money for team, youth, man and woman high scores.  Bring some extra money - specials this year include ammo sales and Ribs, Inc auction of remaining ribs after dinner is served.

Our Clay Shoot raises money for community initiatives around educations, families and betterment of our communities.  We believe education assures an individual and their family the best quality of life and opportunity to life up to one’s true potential.  SW Rotarians also support Women and Children ensuring families can address basic needs.  Fellowship with others who share a believe in Service Above Self helps Rotarians invest in our communities improving the opportunities, health, safety and well being of those around all of us.

The 2022 shoot is set for April 30th, 2022 - put it on your calendar.
Come join us April 30 for our Clay Shoot we expect another challenging array of stations by our hosts, North Texas Field and Stream Association.  In addition to our regular shooters, we welcome area youth interested in a safe fun shoot as well as shooters and guests from SAFB's 469th Flying Bulls, our adopted squadron.

Come register after 9 am, get a snack and a practice round of shooting in before noon. Woodco Supply’s President Chuck Vergauwen is cooking a hamburger lunch.  We expect 85 to 100 shooters for afternoon based on prior years.  Finally, all will enjoy a full dinner cooked by Ribs Inc. as shooter’s scores are tallied and winners are announced.

Prior to the shoot there are some preparations needed to make sure that Southwest Rotary has the financial resources to address needs in our community that improve the availability of education, strengthen families and improve improving the opportunities, health, safety and well being of our communities.
