Southwest Rotary has been given a great opportunity to tour the new Wichita County jail facility on September 27th. The tour will be conducted by Melvin Joyner of the Wichita County Sheriff’s Office. The tour will take place at noon. It is recommended we arrive at the jail by 11:45. The tour should take about one hour.
